Essential Services” is a term which refers to services that are vital to the health and well-being of people. It is a requirement for a business to survive. With a grandstand filled with consumers rallying to keep brands alive during these rough economic times, the focus is now on perfecting the footing for the fresh democratization of the marketplace.

Considering the drastic challenges we are all now facing, there is no time like the present to reinvent and redevelop for the future. In the fashion industry alone, cancellations of fashion shows, trade fairs and events have left many of us wondering how we will move forward during this pandemic. It is difficult to explain in a few paragraphs about how much we have had to learn in the past few months, yet I am confident the industry will be better for the experience.

Fashion, Social Media, Music, Restaurants, and Finance are just some of the industries still operating while reinventing. Although fashion is suffering tremendously during this massive economic hit of COVID-19, the founders and brands who will drive success are those who will find ways to redevelop their business strategy both creatively and economically through the new fashion trend landscape.

The good news is that we live in a time where just about anyone can earn money (in a number or ways), which requires little to no start-up capital, a computer, wifi and a willingness to “make it happen”. Thankfully, there are industry professionals who are down to advise style redevelopment!

Joseph DeAcetis: Become An E-Commerce Fashion Entrepreneur. How do you think people can tap into this successfully right now?

: Becoming a fashion entrepreneur isn’t hard, but it does take dedication and focus. What better time to learn than during quarantine? The idea of entrepreneurship is being able to build a business and see it become successful. There are many ways to do this. None of them require you to have more than a penchant to make money and a little bit of drive. In many cases, there will be a need for capital or outside investment.

When it comes to building and scaling a business, entrepreneurs need to understand the full value of their intellectual property. Your successes and failures will weigh entirely on you – and any partners if you choose to bring any onboard.

Quite possibly the hardest thing about entrepreneurship is finding the market you want to work in. But what makes it easier are the countless options to make money online. Direct to consumer business in fashion has been growing exponentially. The world is definitely your oyster and instead of finding the best brick and mortar location, learning how to build a website (a simple website) is as easy as searching how to make a website for free on google. Whether it’s a web app, online kayak shop,  a drop shipping service, an e-learning platform, or an online site for cat memes, becoming an ecommerce entrepreneur is one of the quickest ways to make your e-millions.

Joseph DeAcetis: You mentioned selling products that fit the times, how do you advise people to go about creating and selling personal protective pieces on social media?

: A new term coined during the COVID-19 pandemic is PPP which stands for personal protective equipment. With a shortage of facemasks, sanitizers, and gloves, being fully protected to brave “the outside” is important. It offers an opportunity to learn a new craft and break out the sewing machine, showing off your best foot forward at easy fashion.  In fact, brands such as Louis Vuitton, Dior and Ralph Lauren have seized the opportunity to develop facial masks to increase social impact and awareness.

With plenty of online communities dedicated to creating coronavirus and COVID-19 prevention, you could find a great outlet to sell your custom face masks on places like Facebook, Twitter, and even Instagram.

Joseph DeAcetis: What do you think about people in the economy job industry?

: In this day and age, the gig economy is hot. Whether you commit to a few hours a week or 160 hours a month, you essentially write your own check. With companies like Uber, Lyft, Postmates, GrubHub, and others, you can make money any time of the day or night. It will be important to have good customer service to keep your ratings high.

If you’re driving people around, cleanliness will be important too. There are plenty of gig jobs out there and while it may not seem like it to some, people are making a full-time income by picking up different “part time” gigs.  Style image consultants has been a successful path for many wardrobe stylists during this time. igital files increase the speed of style direct to stylist and consumer.

And it just so happens that right now, during the coronavirus pandemic, one of the best ways to get your shopping done and to order food is through a mobile delivery platform. You just might need to make sure you’ve got your face mask and gloves handy.

Joseph DeAcetis: How important is it to learn to trade stocks and options for your small business?

There is no doubt that the current coronavirus pandemic has hurt that massive 11 year “bull run” however this pull back is creating massive opportunity for investors. Whether you rode the wave from 2008 all the way to market highs at the beginning of 2020 or you are looking to begin investing there is no denying the huge opportunity presenting itself, right now. You don’t need to be Warren Buffett to understand that companies like Disney, Boeing and others are at a major discount and will not be there for long.

Getting a proper education is key in anything you do and this thought process goes triple for learning to trade stocks.
