The Academy of Country Music Awards are currently postponed until September 16th; however, tonight in place of the annual awards show the ACM is instead throwing a live two-hour special featuring some of the performances that might have taken place had the awards show actually happened.
Hosted by Gayle King, tonight’s lineup is expected to include performers such as Carrie Underwood, Miranda Lambert, Keith Urban, Blake Shelton and Gwen Stefani, Kane Brown, John Legend, Kelsea Ballerini, Dierks Bentley, Luke Bryan, Eric Church, Luke Combs, Sheryl Crow, Florida Georgia Line, Lady Antebellum, Little Big Town, Tim McGraw, Old Dominion, Brad Paisley and Darius Rucker, Thomas Rhett, and Shania Twain.
The show officially gets underway tonight at 8pm ET on CBS.
If you have a television, then the easiest way to watch is to simply tune in to CBS on your television through your cable provider or using a digital antenna.
If you don’t, you can tune in through CBS All Access. That app typically costs $5.99 a month, but offers a free one-month trial so you can watch tonight’s show at no cost.
If you’re a subscriber to another streaming service then here’s a good chance it offers CBS as well. Hulu with Live TV, YouTube TV, and AT&T Now all offer CBS as an option in most markets. They all also offer free trials, so if you haven’t taken any of them out for a spin just yet then now might be the time. Keep in mind, that CBS isn’t available in every single market on every single service, so if you’re signing up for that trial specifically to watch tonight’s show you should double-check before things get underway.
