Jared Leto learns about coronavirus after 12-day retreat

“Suicide Squad” actor and 30 Seconds to Mars singer Jared Leto just found out about the coronavirus pandemic because he was on a 12-day retreat without any news. “Wow. Twelve days ago I began a silent meditation in the desert,” he wrote on Instagram Tuesday morning. “We were totally isolated. No phone, no communication etc. We had no idea what was happening outside the facility… walked out yesterday into a very different world. One that’s been changed forever. Mind blowing — to say the least.” He added: “Hope you and yours are OK. Sending positive energy to all. Stay inside. Stay safe.”

‘GoT’ actor tests positive

“Game of Thrones” star Kristofer Hivju has tested positive for coronavirus. The actor, who played Tormund Giantsbane on the HBO series, announced on Instagram that he’s tested positive for COVID-19. “My familiy and I are self-isolating at home for as long as it takes. We are in good health – I only have mild symptoms of a cold. There are people at higher risk for who this virus might be a devastating diagnosis, so I urge all of you to be extremely careful; wash your hands, keep 1,5 meters distance from others, go in quarantine; just do everything you can to stop the virus from spreading,” he said. “Please take care of each other, keep your distance, and stay healthy!” Other celebrities who have tested positive include Idris Elba, Tom Hanks, Rita Wilson and James Bond actress Olga Kurylenko.

Stephen Colbert does monologue from his bathtub

“The Late Show” host Stephen Colbert is continuing to do monologues from a brand-new studio: His bathroom. He recapped the latest updates, joked about social distancing, and mocked the Trump administration: “If the coronavirus task force has 21 members but groups aren’t allowed to contain more than 10 people, how many more months are we going to have to be eating Chef Boyardee?”
