Cara, 26, and Nathan, 27, teased plans to extend their brood last year after tying the knot in a stunning ceremony, which was exclusively covered by OK! magazine.

Speaking in July, the newly-weds said: “We’d like a big family.

“We want two close together and then we’ll wait until they’ve gone to school and then have a third.

“If we have another boy we would try for a third and then hopefully have a girl.”

Nathan added: “I’d be happy with a boy and a girl but if Cara wants a third, I will have a third!

“I like the name Mila for a girl. Mila Massey sounds like a Hollywood star!”

The couple, who met on the second series of the ITV2 show, said “I do” in front of 120 of their closest friends and family at Preston Court Barn in Canterbury after getting engaged the year before.

Nathan popped the question to Cara in 2018 as the couple returned to the Love Island villa, where they met two years before in 2016.

The Essex lad surprised Cara, 28, by taking her to the Majorcan villa in which they met and filmed the show before leading her through a trail of scattered rose petals.

In behind-the-scenes footage of the proposal, captured by Jack Guilfoyle, Nathan revealed how he filled each room of the villa with special memories of his relationship with Cara written on giant red hearts.

After putting their baby son Freddie-George down for a nap, Nathan led Cara through the villa before getting down on one knee and asking her to marry him.

As the reality TV star presented his future wife with a dazzling Tresor Paris ring and Cara screamed: “Yes!” before the couple embraced in the emotional video.

Cara fell pregnant with the couple’s first child, a son in, 2017 – less than a year after meeting on Love Island.

The reality star revealed she had no idea she was pregnant until an appointment to remove cancerous cells from her cervix.

She confessed: “They have to check if you’re pregnant first, but I said to the doctor: ‘I don’t think there’s any need for that!’

“They did it anyway and a nurse came back and said: ‘You’re pregnant!’

“I was with my mum and we just looked at each other in complete shock. I went in for one thing and came out expecting a baby.”
