‘Sonic the Hedgehog’ fixed
A new trailer for “Sonic the Hedgehog” has fixed the problems with the first look at the new movie based on the classic Sega video game. SlashFilm reports director Jeff Fowler and producer Tim Miller worked with the VFX team to completely redesign the Sonic character in six months, taking out his scary human teeth and other traits to look more like the cute blue cartoon hedgehog. “Look, I was with fans and so was Jeff,” Miller said. “When the s— hit the fan, I went over there and said, ‘The most important thing to do, man, is say, ‘I f—ed up.’
The “Sonic the Hedgehog” movie, starring Jim Carrey as Dr. Robotnik opposite James Marsden, races into theaters Feb. 14.

Disney+ changes Han-Greedo scene
Disney+ is having some problems at launch, mostly due to overwhelming demand for the new streaming service. But there may be a bigger disturbance in the Force as fans discover the controversial Han-Greedo scene has been changed AGAIN. The “Star Wars” movie has been changed so many times at this point that it’s comical, but each re-release or remastered version plays with the question of whether or not Han shot Greedo first. SlashFilm reports the Disney+ version returns to the old 20th Century Fox fanfare (now that Disney owns 21st Century Fox) from the original trilogy for a 4K restoration, but another change includes a big explosion that makes it unclear who shot who first.
“Star Wars” fans will have to comfort themselves with the early positive reviews for “The Mandalorian,” a new live-action series on Disney Plus.

Sean Spicer eliminated from ‘DWTS’
Sean Spicer has finally been eliminated from “Dancing with the Stars” after weeks of low scores. The former White House press secretary had been getting strong voting from President Donald Trump and his supporters, but Spicer’s Sanjaya-like run with came to an end Monday night when the judges saved another bottom two couple, Lauren Alaina and Gleb Savchnko, from going home. Former Fifth Harmony singer Ally Brooke, meanwhile, got perfect 10s on both of her routines followed by Kel Mitchell, with 74 total points, and James Van Der Beek, with 72, on boy band/girl group night.
Spicer danced with Jenna Johnson for the second week after his previous partner, Lindsay Arnold, was absent due to the death of her mother-in-law, Jennifer Cusick, but was proud of how far he’d come. “To be here in the quarterfinals is a lot further than anyone probably, including myself, thought I’d be,” Spicer told ET. “It’s been such an amazing journey to get this far. I can’t say how much I truly enjoyed being a part of this season. I walk out of here with no regrets and a lot of great relationships, friendships and memories… I couldn’t tell you how lucky I am to have had Lindsay and Jenna at my side. There’s no way I’d be even close to this week without them.”
