‘Jersey Shore’ star arrested

“Jersey Shore” star Ronnie Oritz-Magro has been tased and arrested after allegedly attacking his girlfriend Jen Harley. TMZ reports the 33-year-old MTV personality got into an argument with Harley early Friday morning at an Airbnb in L.A.; he allegedly slapped and punched her, then chased after her with a knife while holding their 18-month-old daughter, Ariana. Law enforcement says he eventually dropped the knife and went back inside, locking himself inside with the baby and refusing to go peacefully, so police had to use a taser to stop him. Photos show him shirtless and in custody; he’s been booked on kidnapping charges, with more likely to follow.

Maitland Ward career shift

Former “Boy Meets World” star Maitland Ward is doing porn now, she revealed in a new interview with In Touch Weekly. The 42-year-old actress, best known for playing Eric and Jack’s roommate Rachel on the ABC sitcom’s final two seasons, appears in a new adult film called “Drive,” directed by XXX veteran Kayden Kross for the website Deeper.com. “I never knew there was anything in adults or porn or whatever that was this well done,” Ward said of her career shift. “I read the script, and I was like, ‘This is really, really well-written.’ This has so many themes in this and just my character is so different than anything I have portrayed before… I felt ready.”

Taylor Swift cries over banana

And Taylor Swift had fun on “The Tonight Show” Thursday night, playing Name That Song Challenge with Jimmy Fallon and reacting to an embarrassing video of herself after Lasik eye surgery. Apparently the pop star’s mom sent in video of her acting loopy from painkillers, crying over a banana and getting chastised for trying to eat in bed. “I’m not asleep, my mind is alive,” Swift responded.
