England’s World Cup squad has apparently turned to yerba mate, a herbal tea to boost brain power. It is said to have the strength of coffee, the health benefits of tea and give the euphoria of chocolate.
Heath & Heather do an organic yerba mate and nettle version.
It tastes a bit grassy with a slight taste of chamomile. It is earthy and rich but quite pleasant and definitely wakes you up.

Her favourite sweetener is from America. The caramel- flavoured Sweet Drops natural stevia sweetener can be used in water or coffee.

A brush-tipped liquid liner at a bargain price.
Not so easy to get precise lines with this due to the brush but I was still impressed.
The colour is a deep black with no transparency and stayed put well into the night.
It takes a little while to dry but this is a decent budget buy.
Mid-range – W7 Cosmetics Aye Aye Captain Liquid Eyeliner,

Has a solid, pointed nib with jet-black colour. Simply press on your eyelid for a precise flick in an instant.
Totally fool-proof and the colour was long-lasting.
The super-fine nib means you can go for thin, feline flicks or build up to thicker, bolder cat eyes. My favourite.
Luxury – Ardell Fame Chaser Liquid Eyeliner,

A waterproof liner with a soft, felt tip which is super-easy to apply.
It dried almost instantly, ensuring smudge-free lids.
It needed a few coats to get the deep, strong lines I was after, though.
