Team Blac Chyna has suffered a sad loss.
According to reports, Lorena “Patty” Hernandez died on Wednesday after being taken off life support. It’s said that Chyna’s assistant was pronounced as brain dead on Monday following a third brain bleed. How sad.

As you surely know, back in January, Hernandez reportedly suffered a brain hemorrhage while at salon owned by Dream Kardashian‘s mom. Despite previously showing signs of improvement, like briefly breathing on her own, Patty’s condition ultimately worsened. The woman’s family gathered at the hospital on Thursday to sign off on her organs being donated.
Per The Blast, Hernandez’s loved ones are planning to hit Chyna (whose real name is Angela White) with a wrongful death lawsuit. Allegedly, the former video vixen abused Patty and didn’t provide worker’s compensation. It’s unclear if Chyna has reached out to Hernandez’s family or is even aware that Patty has officially died.
Both Rob Kardashian and Tyga previously donated to a GoFundMe campaign established to help out Hernandez and her children following her health decline. While Mr. Kardashian donated $10,000 to Patty’s fundraising campaign, T-Raww (who used his real name Michael Stevenson) dropped $5,000. Makeup guru Jeffree Star also dropped $10,000 to help out Patty.
Hernandez’s health struggles first began in July 2017, when the celebrity assistant suffered a stroke which left her partially blind. After being diagnosed with a brain AVM, doctors advised her not to work. Sadly, as she had three children to provide for, Patty was unable to stop working.
To make matters worse, Patty was supposedly pregnant when she suffered the stroke and refused to terminate the pregnancy, despite a doctor’s recommendation to do so. In December 2017, Patty faced a brain bleed and was forced to end her pregnancy. The late working mom is survived by her three children and husband.
