Timo Rissanen, assistant professor of fashion and sustainability at the Parsons School of Design, will talk on “Fashion Systems and Micro-Utopias,” at noon April 20, at the Carl Hansen Student Center piazza at Quinnipiac University, 275 Mount Carmel Ave., Hamden.
