Khloe Kardashian is officially a mom.
The 33-year-old reality star gave birth to her first child, a baby girl, on Thursday, per E! News and Entertainment Tonight. Dad is Cleveland Cavaliers basketball player Tristan Thompson, 27.
Kardashian gave birth in Cleveland, TMZ first reported. USA TODAY has reached out to her reps for comment.
Sister Kim Kardashian West tweeted Friday about the birth of Khloe’s “gorgeous” baby girl.
The KKW Beauty mogul says: “I’m so happy for you! Your baby girl is so beautiful! You are so strong, you made that look so easy!”
Kardashian West, who has three children – daughters North and Chicago and son Saint – with rapper husband Kanye West, says that she “can’t wait for our baby girls to grow up as best friends the way we are!”
She also noted that she is “so happy I was able to return the favor of holding your leg while you pushed.”

While there was no mention of Thompson in the initial tweet, Kardashian West sent out another tweet letting everyone know that Khloe’s new baby is “so gorgeous!!!!!”

The birth arrived at the same time a cloud descended over Kardashian’s relationship with Thompson. The NBA star has been accused of cheating on her in recent days, sparking a massive social media backlash.
On Tuesday, TMZ and Daily Mail published photos and video of a man they identified as the NBA basketball star kissing and fondling various women. One video was shot last Saturday inside a Manhattan club. The other, picturing two women kissing and groping him, was filmed last October in Washington, D.C.
Thompson has not yet commented on the rumors. Thompson is also the father of a 16-month-old son with ex-girlfriend Jordan Craig.
Khloe’s younger sister Kylie, 20, gave birth to a baby girl named Stormi in February.
