LOS ANGELES, May 12, 2020 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Nova LifeStyle, Inc. (NASDAQ: NVFY) (“Nova LifeStyle” or the “Company”) today announced financial results for fiscal year ended December 31, 2019.
Key Financial Highlights:
- Revenues for the year ended December 31, 2019 were $21.9 million, as compared to $81.1 million in the fiscal year for 2018.
- Gross Profit was $1.2 million in 2019, as compared to $15.3 million in 2018.
- Net loss from continuing operations was $6.1 million in 2019, as compared to a $5.2 million profit in 2018.
The key financial highlights exclude Bright Swallow International Group Limited. As of December 31, 2019, operations of Bright Swallow were reported as discontinued operations in the consolidated financial statements for all periods presented. Accordingly, assets, liabilities, revenues, expenses and cash flows related to Bright Swallow have been reclassified in the consolidated financial statements as discontinued operations for all periods presented. Information with respect to the sale of Bright Swallow is included in Form 10-K.
