Wildfire Coffeehouse in Kaukauna will open its new Kimberly branch at 7 a.m. Tuesday.

Both locations will have online ordering plus curbside or walk-in pickups of its coffee drinks. Its food menu includes pastries, bagels, breakfast sandwiches, panini, salads and soup through lunchtime.

In Kimberly, Wildfire leased the former Chocolate & Coffee space at 819 Schelfhout Lane, which is roughly across the street from Kimberly High School. It has a drive-thru window.

Opening a new branch in the midst of the COVID-19 safer-at-home order was unexpected, said operator Caleb Fidlin.

“We started the renovation of the space about a month before the stay-at-home order took place,” he said.

“This wasn’t the most ideal situation for us, but we decided to open to serve the community during these tough times. We are taking extensive precautions to ensure the safety of our staff and the community as well.”

The original Wildfire Coffeehouse opened last August at 340 Ann St., near Piggly Wiggly in Kaukauna.

The family operation is owned by Steve and Gina Fidlin. The coffee shop was created and is operated by their sons, Caleb and Noah, and friend Ireland Stafford.

The menu and online ordering tab are at wildfirecoffeehouse.square.site. See more information on the business at wildfirecoffeehouse.com.
