Tonight’s episode of married at fist sight is proving to be a double whammy!

Not only is it Dinner Party night, which let’s face it, is the best night of the week thanks to all the drama that it brings, but tonight we also got a special, ever before done in the experiment treat.

We got to watch on as each couple saw their partner’s audition tape from the show! And boy were they revealing!

Let’s take Stacey and Michael’s for example…

Michael’s wasn’t all too shocking really. In his tape, he was pretty cocky, told the producers that he wanted to find a “stereotypical ditzy blonde” with fake lips and fake boobs, and admitted that he can often be flirty with other girls while in a relationship.

Shock horror really. But what was a little bit sweet was that after watching back the tape Michael admitted that he’s a completely different person now and he thinks that all it took was finding the right girl (Stacey) to help change him.

Then we got to Stacey’s tape. Now this was interesting.

One of the producers in her audition asked Stacey about all of the designer gear that she was wearing, pointing out her Rolex watch and Givenchy handbag.

“How do you afford that?” the producer asked Stacey flat out.

Stacey looked pretty uncomfortable before finally admitting, “You might have to ask my ex”, implying that he bought her the expensive items as gifts.

Now, we’ve come to love Stacey throughout this experiment, but at the beginning a lot of people were saying that she seemed like a bit of a gold digger, seeing as she only really started to like Michael on their wedding day after finding out he’s loaded.

Of course, we’re not saying that she is a gold digger, but she did just admit in her last relationship she had a guy buying her really nice things… Look it just doesn’t look too good okay!

But anyway, that’s how Stacey has designer everything, in case you were wondering. It’s thanks to her ex.

Speaking of her ex, Stacey also admitted that she has cheated in a past relationship, admitting that she cheated on her ex after he cheated on her in a ‘tit for tat’ sort of move.

This left Michael quite shocked and wondering whether it was still in Stacey’s nature to be vengeful like that.

Is it Stacey? Is it? After all, there are rumours circling that Stacey cheated on Michael while he cheated on her with Hayley…

Like we said, these audition tapes sure brought up some interesting things…
