Gov. Tony Evers shut down all Wisconsin restaurants and bars starting at 5 p.m. Tuesday, and prohibited gatherings of more than 10 people, in an effort to slow the spread of the coronavirus.

According to a tweet from the Appleton Police Department, “Restaurants may remain open for delivery or takeout.”
Restrictions will cause hardship among restaurants and their employees. Many are worried.
“There has been a drop off in sales. With the new restrictions it will drop off more severely. We have had to make adjustments with staff. That’s the hard part,” said Joe Kohlbeck, co-owner of The StoneYard, which has three locations in the Fox Cities.
The StoneYard started a free delivery and curb-side pick-up to try to survive.
Wisconsin is following the lead of states like New York and Illinois, and cities like Seattle, which previously shut down all restaurants to curb the spread of the coronavirus.
Here, a sampling of restaurants that currently offer curb-side or drive-thru pick-up, carry out or delivery, as of Tuesday afternoon. Many more restaurants will offer delivery through services like EatStreet, Grubhub, Food Dudes and Uber Eats.
