Homebuyers have expressed significant interest in Pulte’s Summerwood floor plan. Lennar’s furnished models showcase the award-winning homebuilder’s Executive and Manor home collections. One and two-story residences ranging from 1,677 to 3,857 square feet under air come with Lennar’s “Everything’s Included” pledge that provides thousands of dollars in luxury extras and upgrades at no additional charge. Lennar’s Executive home collection includes six floor plans base-priced from the low-$300,000’s to the high-$300’s.
