January and February were incredible sales months at Kalea Bay, the luxury residential high-rise community located on Vanderbilt Drive, just north of Wiggins Pass Road in North Naples. And, as March begins, there seems to be no slowing down as buyers continue to be enthralled with Kalea Bay and the value it offers.

“Our second high-rise tower is now 90 percent sold out,” said Inga Lodge, Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Kalea Bay. “Sales in our third tower have also been phenomenal. Currently, we already have over $30 million in sales in Tower 300. Buyers love the residences, the Gulf views, and the overall lifestyle the tower and community has to offer.”

Due to the high demand for luxury, high-rise residences, officials at Kalea Bay recently made the decision to release two over-the-top penthouse residences, both located in spectacular Tower 300.

“Within days of releasing the penthouses, one sold,” stated Lodge. “Considering the beautifully designed floor plans, luxurious interior features and the spectacular views of the Gulf of Mexico, I have a strong feeling the remaining penthouse will also sell very quickly.”

With Tower 200 approaching sell out, construction on Tower 300 is well underway. Like the first two towers in Kalea Bay, Tower 300 will also offer its residents phenomenal views, as well as spectacular onsite amenities, both on its roof, and at the community’s main amenity area.

Tower 300 is 22 stories in height and has 120 residences. Specifically, it’s 20 floors of residences over two floors of parking. It will also have similar rooftop amenities as Tower 100 and Tower 200, including a rooftop pool, open-air fitness center and a sky lounge.

Six floor plans are available ranging between three-bedroom plus den/three-and-a-half-baths to four-bedroom/four-and-a-half-baths. All of the units range between 3,722 to 3,919 total square feet.

Each residence has an open floor plan that allows the living, dining and kitchen areas to spill out onto an expansive open lanai, destined to become a true outdoor living room.

Kitchens include such standard features that most consider upgrades such as luxury cabinetry, quartz countertops and a large island, as well as SubZero and Wolf appliances.

The master bedroom includes an oversized walk-in closet while the master bath has his and hers vanities, quartz countertops, luxury cabinetry, a soaking tub and a glass-enclosed shower.

Additional residential features in Tower 300 include floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors that retract across the entire living area brining the outdoors in.  The large lanais have transparent glass rails for uninterrupted views of the gulf. Smart home ready and fully equipped laundry rooms round out the list of features.

Residences in Tower 300 are currently priced from $1.5 million.

For more than two years now the residents of Kalea Bay have been able to enjoy their community’s phenomenal clubhouse and all the amenities that surround it.

“The clubhouse is truly the social and recreational centerpiece of the community,” said Lodge. “Not only is it a dramatic sight as residents and visitors drive into the community, but it’s the envy of every community in the Naples area.”

Kalea Bay’s 88,000-square-foot main amenity area is located on the north side of the large lake at the community’s entrance.

The 25,000-square-foot clubhouse features three individual pools, including a resort pool, an adults-only pool and a children’s pool, plus an expansive pool deck, an open-air bar, an indoor/outdoor restaurant, a fitness center, the café Bistro, a lakeside fire pit, kid’s game room and event lawn.

All three pools overlook the lake and provide a multitude of recreational options. Expansive sun decks with lounge chairs and native, tropical plants separate each of the three pools for the ultimate in privacy.

If basking in the sun or taking a refreshing dip in the pool isn’t on a resident’s schedule, perhaps meeting friends for lunch, dinner or drinks is.

“We have the perfect place for all three,” said Lodge. “The indoor/outdoor restaurant serves incredible meals throughout the day. And what better way to celebrate the good life in Florida than meeting family and friends for drinks while watching the sun set over the Gulf of Mexico. This is what living in Florida is supposed to be.”

In fact, the clubhouse at Kalea Bay has two restaurants, the Driftwood Café and the Salt and Oak Restaurant. The Driftwood Café is open for breakfast and lunch. The Salt and Oak Restaurant is designed for an elegant dining experience and includes such features as a private dining room, a banquet room and wine tasting room – among others.

The state-of-the-art fitness center features Peloton bicycles, assorted strength machines, free weights and stretch area.

For those residents who have young children or grandchildren, the clubhouse will delight one and all with a teen lounge, complete with virtual reality and PS4 games, foosball, WiFi and multiple TVs, and a kid’s game room with child-size furniture, books, chalkboard and TVs.

Adjacent to the clubhouse lies the tennis pavilion with four Har-Tru tennis courts, as well as eight pickleball courts. Guest suites for overnight guests are also located near the clubhouse.

Residents also have a shuttle service from the clubhouse to a beach access point just two miles away.

In addition to its current list of outstanding amenities, Lodge announced Kalea Bay will be expanding that list to include a Wellness Center.
