Candace Cameron Bure, Hallmark Christmas Movies – Parade
Candace Cameron Bure is undoubtedly the reigning Queen of Hallmark. With more than 20 Hallmark movies under her belt, the Fuller House star reigns supreme among the network’s annual Christmas movie offerings. One of her films even holds the prestigious title of being the highest rated Hallmark Christmas movie of all time!
Her newest holiday movie, Christmas Town, which premieres Sunday, December 1 at 8 p.m. ET, highlights adoption and fostering children.
In Christmas Town, Lauren Gabriel (Bure) leaves everything behind in Boston to embark on a new chapter in her life and career. But an unforeseen detour to the charming town of Grandon Falls has her discover unexpected new chapters—of the heart and of family—helping her to embrace, once again, the magic of Christmas.

Bure, 43, says she continues producing family-friendly Christmas content for Hallmark because their programming “lines up with exactly who I am.”
“They are an incredible network to work for,” she says. “They highlight women in the industry. As a female that acts, produces and directs, they support us incredibly.”
Here, we pick six of Bure’s Hallmark Christmas movie favorites that you can watch this year.

A Shoe Addict’s Christmas
This holiday flick combines two of my favorite things: Christmas and shopping for shoes! Bure stars as Noelle, a department store worker who finds herself accidentally locked in the store after closing. Noelle’s affinity for footwear leads her to the shoe department where Charlie (Jean Smart), an eccentric woman who claims to be her guardian angel, appears out of thin air, having been sent to help her embrace romance, passion and the Christmas spirit. When Charlie has her try on a new pair of shoes, Noelle is magically transported back to Christmases past and given a chance to change her current circumstances. When she returns, Noelle meets Jake (Luke Macfarlane), a handsome fireman, whose frivolous ways is a bit off putting to her. A Shoe Addict’s Christmas airs Monday, November 11, at 10 p.m. ET.

Switched for Christmas
You get two Bures for the price of one in this flick—three, actually as Bure’s daughter, Natasha also stars.
Identical twins Kate and Chris Lockhart plot to be the other sister—at Kate’s office and Chris’ school—and take on planning their sister’s Christmas events. One rule, though: no romance. The film also stars Eion Bailey and Mark Deklin. Switched for Christmas airs Friday, November 22 at 6 p.m. ET.

Journey Back to Christmas
Bure has said this is her favorite of all the Christmas movies she’s made for Hallmark. In this time-travel story about a nurse, Hanna (Bure) is plucked out of her day-to-day life in 1945 and propelled 71 years forward in time into a community she barely recognizes. Hanna is trapped in a violent storm brought about by the Christmas Comet and is knocked unconscious. When she awakens, she’s in 2016. Dazed and confused, Hanna is rescued by a local police officer (Oliver Hudson). As Hanna looks to unravel the truth about what happened to her, she discovers the small kindnesses she showed to others in her life are resonating in present time with everyone she meets. Journey Back to Christmas airs Monday, November 4 at 5 p.m. ET.

A Christmas Detour
In this road trip film, Bure stars with Paul Greene as Paige and Dylan, two traveling strangers bound for New York City who find their trips rerouted after a snowstorm hits. Ever the romantic, Paige is desperate to get back home to meet her future in-laws while Dylan is quite soured on romance following a recent breakup. Yet Dylan somehow comes to Paige’s rescue as they make their way back to the city. A Christmas Detour airs Friday, November 1 at 8 p.m. ET.

Christmas Under Wraps
Christmas Under Wraps is still the highest rated Hallmark Christmas movie to date! In it, Dr. Lauren Brunell (Bure) is a surgery resident counting on being accepted into a prestigious hospital fellowship to follow in the footsteps of her supportive father, Henry (Robert Pine). But when those plans quickly fall apart, Lauren must take the only other opening available: a position in the small, remote town of Garland, Alaska. Lauren moves to Garland where she is immediately charmed by Andy Holliday (David O’Donnell), a handsome local. As Lauren starts to fall in love with the town and Andy, she suspects something is up with Andy’s father (Brian Doyle-Murray) and his top-secret shipping warehouse. Could Andy’s father be Santa Claus? Christmas Under Wraps airs Monday, November 4 at 8 p.m. ET.

Let It Snow
After a family-owned ski lodge is sold to a hotel conglomerate, a driven hotel executive (Bure) must decided if she should follow company orders and transform the lodge into a modern winter hot spot or if she should embrace her newfound holiday spirit and keep its Christmas traditions alive. Let It Snow airs Wednesday, Nov. 6 at 6 p.m. ET.
