As holiday shopping increasingly shifts online, it’s worth mentioning that plenty of retailers still expect you to come in person.

Two stores plan to open Friday in the Fox River Mall.

Three more expect to be open in time for Christmas shoppers.

Three other national retailers opened in recent weeks.

Opening Friday

•Lululemon will open Friday in the Macy’s wing. The Canadian company makes men’s and women’s technical clothing for yoga, running and other athletic endeavors. It previously had a pop-up shop on the main corridor. This new permanent shop took the former Ann Taylor space.

•Shoe Show is slated to open Friday in the former Sears wing, in the space where Payless ShoeSource once operated. Shoe Show is a North Carolina-based retailer with more than 1,100 stores around the country. Find both budget and name-brand shoes for men, women and children. Info: shoeshowmega.com

Still on the way

•Callisters Christmas, a seasonal ornament and decor store, will open Oct. 25. The temporary spot it took was previously Crazy 8, between Box Lunch and Buckle, on the main corridor.

•Lang, a seasonal gift and calendar shop, will open Nov. 1 in the former Sears wing. It took the former New York & Co. space.

•Skechers leased the former Dress Barn space at 4741 W. Grande Market Drive, Grand Chute, which is in the same shopping plaza as Barnes & Noble, Old Navy and Bed Bath & Beyond. Interior renovations appear finished, but as of Friday, the company had not yet moved in its shoes, racks and fixtures. It hasn’t announced an opening date.

Recent openings

•H&M opened its 20,000-square-foot clothing store for men, women, teens and children in late September. The store is known for affordable fashion. It’s between Target and the former Sears.

•Vans opened earlier this month on the central corridor of the mall. Find skateboards and skateboard-inspired shoes and apparel at this West Coast-flavored shop.

•At Home opened in late August in the WG&R development at the northeast corner of West Wisconsin Avenue and Interstate 41. It’s a massive no-frills, warehouse-style store stocked with home decor, furniture, seasonal decor and art.
