‘Bachelorette’ Hannah Brown’s finale dress: All the details – Page Six
Longtime “Bachelorette” stylist Cary Fetman had to work overtime to make sure Hannah Brown’s finale dress didn’t leave her flashing the cameras.
Brown, 24, will wear a white halter gown by franchise favorite Randi Rahm when she chooses between Tyler Cameron and Jed Wyatt (and takes a tumble) on Tuesday night’s episode.
Made from delicate lace, her look features clusters of Swarovski crystals and a plunging low back, but its sheerness sent Fetman scrambling for a solution.
“It is so stunning but the problem is, it’s very see-through,” the stylist explained in a behind-the-scenes clip shared on Instagram Monday. “And if ABC sees what I’m able to see, I will probably be fired. So we’re dropping in as many linings as we can without taking away the beauty of it being completely see-through.”
As Fetman shared with his followers, even pasties and a nude thong showed through the gossamer fabric, making the addition of extra layers necessary — especially since, as he pointed out, there’s “full sun shining through” during the final rose ceremony.
Regardless of how sheer they might be, Rahm’s heavily embellished dresses typically retail for five figures; the pearl-encrusted gown last season’s “Bachelorette” Becca Kufrin wore for the premiere reportedly cost $22,000.
