The BoHa Yoga Studio
We are all about that “ommm life,” and BoHa Yoga Studio has all the “ommm” you could possibly need or want. We’ll admit it, we aren’t the biggest yogis out there—it takes a lot for us to turn our mind and body completely off, but we were so pleased with the classes at The BoHa Yoga studio because they offered us the perfect balance. As novice yogis, we were also happy to see that they offer hour-long yoga classes, as opposed to the 90-minute yoga classes we are used to. One hour of stretching, working out and calming your mind, PERFECT!
Their yoga practice is designed to activate and renew your energy through conscious movement and breathing. It tones and elongates the body, generating strength, balance, and flexibility, while promoting a clear and present mind. As you know, we’re all about ambiance and The BoHa Yoga Studio is VERY Insta-worthy.

Who doesn’t love bar games? Needless to say, we’re big fans and somewhat regulars at Rec Room now.

While you venture into Broward County and the Fort Lauderdale area, don’t forget to stop by Poema Swim’s new storefront.
