MONDAY

“Chasing the Moon: American Experience”: The first of a three-night history of the race to the moon, featuring previously unseen archival material, as well as the many real-life figures who were integral to the Space Age. (9 p.m. PBS)

TUESDAY

“Love Island”: Arielle Vandenberg hosts the U.S. version of a dating show that’s already been a big hit in international markets. (8 p.m. CBS)

“Bring the Funny”: Kenan Thompson, Chrissy Teigen and Jeff Foxworthy are judges on a new comedy competition series.( (10 p.m. NBC)

“Aziz Ansari: Right Now”: Following an allegation of sexual misconduct in January 2018, Aziz Ansari has kept a low profile. Now, back on the road with a comedy tour (which brought Ansari to Portland in March), the star of the Netflix series, “Master of None,” appears in a stand-up comedy special, directed by Spike Jonze. (Netflix)

WEDNESDAY

“Snowfall”: The drama about the bad old days of the crack cocaine epidemic in 1980s-Los Angeles returns for Season 3. (10 p.m. FX)

“Harlots”: The period drama about brothel-keepers in 18th century England returns for Season 3. (Hulu)

THURSDAY

“Ax Men”: The reality series about Northwest logging returns for Season 10. (9 p.m. History)

“Hollywood Game Night”: The fun and frolic comes back for a sixth season. (9 p.m. NBC)

“The Outpost”: The fantasy returns for Season 2. (9 p.m. The CW)

FRIDAY

“Shangri-La”: A four-part documentary series that, according to the website, “focuses on creative conversation and the emotional side of music-making, using legendary music producer Rick Rubin’s iconic Malibu, CA studio as the backdrop.” (9 p.m. Showtime)

SATURDAY

“Injustice With Nancy Grace”: New true-crime series hosted by Nancy Grace. (6 p.m. Oxygen)
