They’ve walked the red carpet at the Oscars and the Met Gala. Soon enough, they will walk down the aisle for their wedding.

It’s been almost three months since former New York Yankees slugger Alex Rodriguez asked for singer Jennifer Lopez’s hand in marriage.

And while no date has been set, J-Lo is getting close to finalizing some details. Per Page Six:

As for her upcoming wedding to Alex Rodriguez she said it would happen “soon” but not “soon soon,” clarifying it would take place in the next year.

Moving on up: Yankees’ Giancarlo Stanton, Aaron Judge take next step in rehab, get closer to returning to Bronx (UPDATE)

New York Yankees’ Giancarlo Stanton, Aaron Judge are on the mend and scheduled to make rehab appearances with the Triple-A Scranton/Wilkes-Barre RailRiders this weekend.

Lopez also knows where she wants to get married, according to E News!

“I’d like a big wedding and I’d like to get married in a church this time,” she continued. “I’ve never been married in a church and I’ve been married three times, and once was nine months and once was 11 months, so I don’t really count those. But I was married to Marc for 10 years, with the kids.”

Rodriguez gave Lopez a “flawless 16-carat diamond ring worth $1.8 million,” according to Page Six, in March.

“She said yes,” A-Rod wrote alongside a photo of Lopez’s hand with a huge diamond ring, in a photo posted on Instagram.

A-Rod and J-Lo met at a Yankees-Mets game in May 2005 and started dating almost 12 years later in March 2017. Quickly, they were spotted vacationing in the Bahamas and attending a Yankees’ spring training game in Tampa.
