N.J. athletes creating major buzz on social media at NJSIAA Scholar-Athlete Awards ceremony – NJ.com

Student-athletes throughout the state were recognized and honored Sunday by the New Jersey State Interscholastic Athletic Association.
And N.J. athletes created some major buzz on social media, particularly on Twitter, which you can find in the slideshow below.
The annual Scholar-Athlete Awards ceremony took place at the Pines Manor in Edison, with high schools choosing one senior as its scholar-athlete award winner.
Winners receive, at minimum, a $500 college scholarship in recognition of his or her accomplishments.
