BBC One’s DIY SOS presenter Nick Knowles was also paid a six-figure sum for his appearance on the series, reportedly £200,000.
Finalist John Barrowman is thought to have taken home between £120,000 and £200,000.
Harry and John’s fellow finalist Emily Atack is thought to have received a fee in the range of £15,000 and £40,000.

EastEnders’ Rita Simons reportedly landed a sum of £80,000 compared to fellow soap star Coronation Street’s Sair Khan’s £40,000.
I’m A Celebrity 2018’s youngest campmate Malique Thompson-Dwyer was reportedly the lowest paid star of the series.
Malique, 20, is thought to have received a pay cheque of £15,000.
The Chase’s Anne Hegerty racked up a fee of £60,000 according to reports, whilst the X Factor’s Fleur East could have landed a fee anywhere between £50,000 and £70,000.
