Reader question: Any idea what is going up in the Neenah Kohl’s parking lot?
Answer: The 6,000-square-foot building that will rise at that site, 1165 W. Winneconne Ave., will be divided up for three unnamed retail tenants.
According to city records, the estimated construction cost is $1 million and the building will be ready for occupancy this fall.
