Eden Hazard is ready to join Real Madrid and will reportedly reject a £340,000-a-week wage offer from Chelsea to seal his move to Spain. The Belgium flyer is said to be ready to leave Stamford Bridge and willing to turn down a bumper new contract in west London. (The Sun)
