There aren’t many rules in fashion, but one never changes: Don’t be boring. It’s an edict many of the designers now presenting collections as part of London Fashion Week Men’s 2018 apparently took to heart, as they used all kinds of wild, artful details — toy animals, fake arms, beach grass, even drain pipes — to keep eyes glued to the runway.
