17th annual Reggae in the Desert Brings the Caribbean lifestyle to Downtown Las Vegas

LAS VEGAS (KSNV) —

The 17th annual reggae in the desert festival is taking over downtown Las Vegas.

Headliners include Collie Buddz and Third World, with caribbean-style food and music.

Tou still have a few hours to get out there. The festival is going on until 11 p.m. Saturday night. Tickets start at $19.

Headliners include Collie Buddz and Third World and other performances include Iya Terra, Kabaka Pryamid, Cocoa Tea, The Mighty Diamonds, Arise Roots, and Ras Kronik.

Vendors in the Caribbean Islands Vendor Village will have a wide assortment of Caribbean-style foods including jerk chicken, peas & rice, and fried plantains.
