12.50pm: The bookies have suspended betting on Marouane Fellaini moving to Arsenal from Manchester United.

Betway’s Alan Alger, said: “Marouane Fellaini has struggled to hold down a starting berth in the Manchester United line-up in recent seasons and the Belgian is set to become a free agent on June 30.

“Arsenal had emerged as the frontrunners to sign the 30-year-old and were backed into even-money to bring the midfielder to the Emirates, before heightened betting activity on Tuesday, running in line with reports a deal is close to being agreed, meant we’ve had to suspend betting on him making the switch to Unai Emery’s new side.

“With Fellaini’s arrival seemingly imminent, Jack Wilshere’s future could once again be in doubt with the Englishman drifting from 8/15 to 8/13 to remain at the club.”

11.50am: Cristiano Ronaldo to Manchester United will only happen if Real Madrid receive a deal worth £131m.

That’s according to reports in Spain who claim president of the Champions League holders Florentino Perez has set out his demands.

The Portuguese referred to Real Madrid in the past tense in what seemed to indicate he would be leaving the Bernabeu this summer.

Spanish outlet Diario Gol, known for their outlandish transfer claims, say United are interested in signing Ronaldo.

And they believe Real would lower their demands if either David De Gea or Paul Pogba were include in a swap deal for the 33-year-old.
