Khloe Kardashian Celebrates Her Luxurious Baby Shower With Family and Friends

A baby shower fit for a queen!

Khloe Kardahian gathered her famous family and friends on Saturday afternoon in honor of the upcoming arrival of her and Tristan Thompson‘s baby girl. A source tells E! News the lavish celebration, planned by Mindy Weiss, was held in the Grand Ballroom at the Hotel Bel Air in Los Angeles.

“They went all out for the shower with no expense spared and it’s turned out to be stunning and gorgeous,” the source shares.

KoKo’s loved ones were hard at work prepping for the big event, adding that everyone is “so excited for Khloe and to see what she thinks.”

“The shower is very pink with thousands of pink flowers everywhere,” our insider describes, “including hundreds of stems hanging from the ceiling that create an amazing first impression as guests walk in.”

The mom-to-be, who donned a blush dress and overcoat, also paid tribute to her beloved stuffed giraffe named Henry. The entrance features a “huge giraffe topiary.” Our source elaborates, “There are pink roses and hydrangeas everywhere, it’s like an amazing pink garden with floor to ceiling flowers.”

The 33-year-old let her millions of social media followers in on the fun-filled day, with one Instagram photo showcasing a neon pink sign that said “Baby Thompson” hung above hundreds of pink balloons.

A partygoer said, “The space looked amazing, the gifts were all on display when you first walked in along with giant pink stuffed giraffes everywhere.”

Originally the party was supposed to be in the courtyard but the event had to be moved into the hotel’s ballroom due to the rain.

Following the to-do, Koko posted some photos of her and sister Kourtney Kardashian on Instagram. She gushed about the amazing time she had earlier in the day, writing, “Had the most unbelievable baby shower – we felt so much love! #ad So grateful to be surrounded by a beautiful support system. And special thank you to @Amazon for helping me bring it all together! More pictures to come! #AllOnAmazon #AmazonBabyRegistry.”

But what about all the deets?! Well we got ’em!

Attendees included grandma Mary Jo Campbell, Kim Kardashian, her daughter North, Kris Jenner,Kendall Jenner, Larsa Pippen, jeweler Lorraine Schwartz, eyebrow specialist to the stars Anastasia, Kylie Jenner as well as Real Housewives of Atlanta star Kim Zolciak-Biermann, her daughter Brielle Biermann and more. Obviously Kourtney also attended and brought along daughter Penelope.

Guests were told to wear pink ensembles to the all-pink party, which served pink drinks, says the source.

A source tells E! News that Khloe’s boyfriend Tristan Thompson attended the event about an hour after it started. The basketball star arrived with three male friends.The source said, “Tristan was there to support Khloe and she was so happy. They looked very much in love.”

The insider added, “You could truly tell that Tristan is very much in love with her by the way he was by her side today.”

In addition to honoring her baby girl, Khloe made sure to celebrate the birthdays of three of her best friends Malika and Khadijah Haqq and Jen Atkins, all of whom who have birthdays today. Khloe had custom unicorn cakes make for all of them and had everyone sing “Happy Birthday” to the bday ladies.

During the party, the source says that everyone was “rubbing Khloe’s belly” and she was “talking about how she is so ready and excited for the birth.”

While things were in full swing, new mom Kylie posted a photo of Khloe’s baby bump on her Snapchat and wrote, “I can’t wait to meet you baby.”

The insider also said that Khloe was talking a lot about how things are set up for the growing family in Cleveland.

In the middle of the party, Khloe gave a sweet speech and thanked everyone who came in the rain.

Guests sipped on champagne with strawberries. As for food, there was an appetizer table with salads and hors d’oeuvres and everyone ate at one giant circular table that seated around 50 people.

During the shower, Kris gave a toast, saying, “We are here today to celebrate Khloe. On a lighter note, I was here almost 40 years ago almost to the day for my shower for my wedding shower to Robert Kardashian.”

The realty star added, “I’ve also probably had a couple of baby showers.” She then joked, “And a couple of wedding nights.”

The florals from Baby Girl Thompson, who has a registry at Amazon Baby Registry, were done by Jeff Leatham, the artistic director of the Four Seasons Hotels who is married to Colton Haynes.

There was a photo booth and Amazon Baby Registry set up a table with Khloe’s favorite children’s books where her family and friends could write notes to the baby inside of.

The insider says the group did not play any shower games, but all guests left with an Amazon Echo party favor.

A source said, “Khloe had an amazing time at her shower, she seemed really happy and loved all the decorations!”

Khloe and Tristan’s bundle of joy is already living lavishly, thanks to the one and only Kris Jenner. The momager (or “Lovey” as she’s referred to by her many grandchildren), recently dropped a whopping $8,000 on Khloe’s nursery.

“Kris and Khloe were having a blast inside Petit Tresor together,” an eyewitness dished to E! News. “They were both laughing and having fun picking out all of the different baby items. Kris knew exactly what Khloe needed and was helping make a lot of the decisions.”
