Woman claims Gossip Girl actor Ed Westwick kept her as a sex slave for 48 hours
Despite not being the defendant, Ed Westwick has found himself in the centre of a lawsuit around sexual abuse allegations. Los Angeles-based stylist Haley Camille Freedman alleges in a new lawsuit the Gossip Girl star kept her as a ‘sex slave’ for 48 hours.
According to TMZ, who have reportedly seen in the lawsuit, the stylist says she visited Westwick’s home with friends in 2014. Freedman says she stayed after her friends left and had consensual sex with the star, but says things changed when he asked her to strangle him, and perform other aggressive acts.
In the lawsuit she says that once she declined he “did those things to her”. She also alleges Westwick continually had sex with her against her will for the next two days, where she stayed because she was “out of it.”
Freedman claims that she suffered bruising and bleeding from the abuse.
However Westwick isn’t the one being sued in the lawsuit. Instead Freeman is suing her former business partners, who she claims “cut her off” after she attempted to go public with her allegations after the encounter. Freedman went to a publication who later refused to run the story because “Westwick’s team killed it”.
Westwick, who played Chuck Bass on the series, was accused by three other women of sexual assault last year. The actor has vehemently denied the allegation on social media.
“It is disheartening and sad to me that as a result of two unverified and provably untrue social media claims, there are some in this environment who could ever conclude I have had anything to do with such vile and horrific conduct,” he wrote.
