Gossip Girl's Ed Westwick named in lawsuit alleging he held woman hostage as sex slave
Ed Westwick has found himself at the centre of a new lawsuit which claims he held a woman hostage as a sex slave for two days.
The former Gossip Girl star is not named as a defendant in the suit; Haley Camille Freedman, a Hollywood stylist, is instead suing former business partners ‘whom she says cut her off because she wanted to go public with the allegations’.
TMZ have seen the lawsuit and reveal that Freedman alleges that in 2014 she visited Westwick’s home with friends. After her friends left she entered into consensual sex with Westwick but she claims that he then asked her to ‘strangle him, slap him and spit on him’.
In the file she alleges that she declined and so he ‘did those things to her’.
She then claims that the next morning he entered the shower stall with her and against her will began intercourse; she says she was stranded at the house without a car and no mobile phone service, and then when she asked Westwick to drive her to her car he delayed it by having sex with her again.
She says ‘she suffered bruising, bleeding and internal tears’.
After the encounter Freedman reportedly went public with her allegations with a media publication who later refused to run her story because she says ‘Westwick’s team killed it’.
Freedman claims the publication were sent text messages from Westwick’s team that she says misrepresented her as ‘unstable, disturbed, jealous and promiscuous’.
Westwick has denied the claims, and she alleges that he threatened to sue her, claiming that he had relatives in town that weekend.
In November, Westwick was accused of rape by three different women; he denied all the accusations.
